鋁卷生產(chǎn)廠家加強(qiáng)軋制油質(zhì)量的控制方法

一、軋制油配比
1、 Rolling oil ratio
鋁冷軋軋制油由基礎(chǔ)油添加I%一10%添加劑混合組成。基礎(chǔ)油與添加劑要求有較好的相容性，在使用中不易生成油泥而降低潤滑冷卻效果和使用安全性。結(jié)合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況，目前我公司采用MOA-100基礎(chǔ)油與WYROL12添加劑，添加劑含量控制在6.8%-7.3%,粘度2. 5cSt -2.6cSt，污染度3級以內(nèi)，餾程230℃一280℃，殘餾3%以內(nèi)。

It is not easy to generate oil sludge in use, which will reduce the lubrication and cooling effect and use safety. 軋制油使用中要避免設(shè)備潤滑油、液壓油等重油混進(jìn)軋制油里，造成粘度增高，除油困難。如已經(jīng)混人過多重油并經(jīng)分析化驗(yàn)軋制油粘度過高時應(yīng)及時更新軋制油。
During the use of rolling oil, heavy oil such as equipment lubricating oil and hydraulic oil shall not be mixed into the rolling oil, resulting in increased viscosity and difficult oil removal. If too much heavy oil has been mixed and the viscosity of rolling oil is too high through analysis and test, the rolling oil shall be updated in time.
二、軋制油過濾

冷軋時軋件與軋輥摩擦，不斷磨下細(xì)鋁粉，使軋制油循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的鋁粉含量愈來愈多，軋制油的潤滑性能隨之降低，鋁粉又易粘在板帶表面上，惡化了板帶表面質(zhì)量。為了延長軋制油使用期限和提高板材表面質(zhì)量，在加工過程中對軋制油必須進(jìn)行過濾。
During cold rolling, the rolled piece rubs with the roll and continuously grinds down the fine aluminum powder, which makes the aluminum powder content of the rolling oil circulation system more and more, and the lubrication performance of the rolling oil decreases. The aluminum powder is easy to stick to the surface of the strip, deteriorating the surface quality of the strip. In order to prolong the service life of rolling oil and improve the surface quality of plate, the rolling oil must be filtered in the processing process.
目前主要使用板式過濾器，把過濾介質(zhì)硅藻土、活性白土和軋制油混合后，予涂在過濾紙上，過濾器有二垛，每垛過濾紙為10層。由容積過濾介質(zhì)和多層過濾紙形成容積過濾裝置，臟軋制油通過它達(dá)到精過濾的要求。板式過濾器工作壓力達(dá)到3喃/c擴(kuò)時必須重新更換過濾紙。板式過濾器過濾精度達(dá)0.55m，過濾能力32001/min.

為了保證過濾效果，硅藻土與活性白土的比例一般為2:1，在過濾過程中，通過混合箱不斷向臟軋制油中均勻加人過濾介質(zhì)，以穩(wěn)定過濾效果和延長過濾周期。
