1、復合層脫落：復合材料包鋁層離開基體并脫落形成的不規(guī)則缺陷。

2、壓花：由于帶材折皺、斷帶等原因導致軋輥輥面不規(guī)則色差在軋制過程中周期性地印到帶材表面的色差現(xiàn)象。

3、波浪：板、帶材由于不均勻變形而形成的各種不同的不平整現(xiàn)象的總稱。板、帶邊部產生的波浪稱為邊部波浪，中間產生的波浪稱為中間波浪，在中間和邊部之間的既不在中間又不在兩邊的波浪稱為二肋波浪，尺寸較小且通常呈圓形的波浪稱為碎浪。
