一、安裝方法
1、 Installation method
1、根據(jù)要求的水平高度拉好水平線，縱橫垂直均需拉好；
1. The horizontal line should be drawn according to the required horizontal height, and the vertical and horizontal lines should be drawn well;
2、按合適的間距吊裝輕鋼龍骨（38或50的龍骨），一般間距1-1.2米，吊桿距離按輕鋼龍骨的規(guī)定分布；
2. The light steel keel (38 or 50 keel) shall be hoisted according to the appropriate spacing, with the general spacing of 1-1.2m. The suspender distance shall be distributed according to the provisions of the light steel keel;

3、安裝方通時(shí)一定要帶手套，如不慎留下指印或污漬，可用洗潔精開(kāi)水洗后抹干即可；
3. When installing Fangtong, you must wear gloves. If you leave fingerprints or stains, you can use detergent and boiled water to wash them and then wipe them dry;
4、把預(yù)裝在龍骨上吊件，連同方通龍骨裝在輕鋼龍骨下面，方通龍骨間距一般為1米，全部裝完后一定要調(diào)整至水平；
4. Install the pre installed hanging parts on the keel together with the square keel under the light steel keel. The distance between the square keel is generally 1 meter, and it must be adjusted to the level after all installation;
5、將鋁單板/木紋鋁單板/鋁單板吊頂系列按順序扣掛在龍骨上，再將倒鎖片壓下，方通端頭應(yīng)保持0mm或20mm的距離。

二、鋁單板安裝主要注意事項(xiàng)：

1.在運(yùn)送時(shí)要輕拿輕放，猛力撞擊后會(huì)使鋁單板的邊角及其版面受損，從而影響施工，也浪費(fèi)錢財(cái)。
1. Handle with care when transporting. The corners and layout of the aluminum veneer will be damaged after the impact, which will affect the construction and waste money.
2.鋁單板安裝過(guò)程中也要注意保護(hù)板面，不要以板面接觸地面，以免劃傷裝飾面。

3.鋁單板的品種、質(zhì)量、顏色、花型、線條應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，并應(yīng)有產(chǎn)品合格證。

4.幕墻墻體骨架如采用型鋼龍骨時(shí)，其規(guī)格、形狀應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，并應(yīng)進(jìn)行除銹、防銹處理。

5.鋁單板安裝，當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)特殊要求時(shí)，盡量采用抽芯鋁鉚釘，中間一定要墊橡膠圈。抽芯鉚釘間距應(yīng)控制在100-150mm內(nèi)。

6.在鋁單板安裝完成后，注意一定要在3天后撕去保護(hù)膜，時(shí)間過(guò)久會(huì)難以撕掉，還會(huì)在撕掉后影響美觀。
