清洗原理鋁板帶在冷軋制過程中，因軋輥與鋁板外表摩擦和碾壓，其外表會發(fā)生纖細的氧化鋁粉脫落和吸附，軋制油及其順便懸浮成分會殘留在鋁板外表，對鋁板帶復(fù)合、涂裝等成品加工形成不利影響。而目_拉彎矯直時由于帶材在輥上發(fā)生劇烈曲折變形，對帶材施加的張力一部分轉(zhuǎn)化為帶材對張力輥的壓力，并終究構(gòu)成摩擦力，帶動輥組。
