為弄清楚這些問(wèn)題，一般按照以下步驟進(jìn)行：

1、分別檢查涂料編號(hào)、批號(hào)和稀釋劑是否正確，涂料粘度是否在工藝范圍內(nèi)，并逐一校對(duì)，監(jiān)測(cè)。
1. Check whether the paint number, batch number and diluent are correct, whether the viscosity of the paint is within the scope of the process, and check one by one, monitoring.
2、檢查原材料鋁卷在進(jìn)行過(guò)程中是否存在污染。

3、檢查涂裝輥研磨是否存在缺陷。

4、檢查涂裝輥、上料輥、提漆輥、計(jì)量輥轉(zhuǎn)速匹配和生產(chǎn)線速是否在工藝范圍內(nèi)。

5、檢查設(shè)備，氣壓是否正常。

14、由于涂裝生產(chǎn)工藝流程較長(zhǎng)，所以處理方法必須從發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷處開(kāi)始向上一個(gè)工序方向逐一按上述方法進(jìn)行檢查，直至找到造成缺陷問(wèn)題所在，然后作對(duì)應(yīng)處理。
